Betty "Jinxi" Allen has 30 years career experience in Business Administration working for both private and government agencies. Additionally, she was an owner and operator of an environmentally focused Recycling Company.

Jinxi is experienced in strategic planning and project management, program analysis, evaluation and compliance, employee training and development, creating and enforcing policy and procedures in all areas of Business Administration, including but not limited to the highly sensitive program areas of Information Security, Safety and Facility Security, Disaster Recovery, as well as Fixed Asset Inventory Management and Records Management. All of which require extensive knowledge and understanding of laws, rules, policies, practices, program and operational needs.
